Digital Library Support

Where can I find my UID?

Since the latest update you will require a UID to log in. This identifier is a necessary requirement for the new features we have implemented.  Existing customers should have received an email with their UID. The UID will be part of the email sent to new customers upon signing up.

Is there a limit to how many users I can set up at my school?

We do not set a Limit on users for schools that have purchased any of our Digital Bundles. You can create an unlimited accounts as long as they are a pupil or teacher at your school premises. There is a limit of 50 maximum users for tuition centres that have purchased the Tutor Bundle.

Can I copy/print from the Digital Library?

No. Unfortunately the Digital Library is viewable via a web browser only. Due to copyright there are restrictions in place to stop the downloading or printing of textbooks from the Digital Library. Our textbooks are registered with the Copyright Licencing Agency, all state-funded schools and most independents in the UK are covered by the CLA Education Licence already. You can make copies for students using the CLA Education platform, for more information on limits and what is covered please visit the CLA website here.

Why can I not add classes on my account?

Classes are a new feature for the Digital Library that allow you to assign teachers with students and books. If you have purchased individual licences or have a student account you will not have access to this feature.

Can I add books to my Digital Library?

Yes! If you have purchased either our single book licences or our Key Stage Bundles you can add extra books to your package. There is a fee for additional books, please use the form below or give our staff a call on 01707 333 232 who will be more than happy to help.

Will my subscription Auto-renew?

Our Digital Library subscriptions do not auto-renew. We do not hold any payment details on the platform. You should receive an email before your subscription comes to an end. If you would like to renew or amend your subscription please contact our office on 01707 333 232.
