Meet the Team
Louise
I’m Louise, and I run Elmwood Education with my husband, David. We live with our three boys and two cats, so life is always busy. We’re passionate about providing children with the right educational opportunities and support our local primary school through roles as Chair of Governors and PTA members. Elmwood was started by my parents from our family home, and those strong family values still shape our company today. We’re proud to supply high-quality educational resources. In my spare time, I enjoy baking and reading crime fiction.
Maggie
I’ve been part of Elmwood since 2006 when it was run from the owner’s garage, and I’ve loved being part of its growth ever since.
Outside of work, I live with my partner Tim and our cheeky cocker spaniel, Mollie (aka Moose). My garden is my happy place but I’m also a keen runner – to balance out my cheese and chocolate sins!
Sarah
I’ve been at Elmwood for 10 years as an admin assistant, exploring every corner of the business and known as the office chatterbox. Twice a week, Boris, my cockapoo “head of security,” keeps an eye on the warehouse and the biscuit barrel. Outside work, I love travelling, movies, Netflix binging, walking, cycling and despite being married to a chef, the occasional KFC.
Dani
I have been at Elmwood for over 10 years. Interested in all things technical and computers. My spare time is spent on long dog walks or playing guitar.
Boris
With 10 years under my collar, I’m the heartbeat of Elmwood’s front desk. I greet every visitor with a wag and sniff, watch the warehouse comings and goings, and make sure no biscuit goes unmonitored. Friendly, dependable, and always alert, I keep spirits high and snacks safe.
